Refund policy
✧ Digital Treasures
Due to the nature of our digital offerings – including Canva templates, instant downloads, chart PDFs, and session materials – all digital sales are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
✧ Physical Products & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
Physical items such as apparel, mugs, and other tangible offerings are produced on demand through trusted print partners.
Because each item is created specifically for your order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact connect@ravenmagik.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with our print partners to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
✧ Session Bookings & Rescheduling
When a session is booked, the time is reserved specifically for you.
If you need to reschedule, please email connect@ravenmagik.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require payment in advance before another session can be scheduled.
✧ Payment
Payment for readings and services is typically completed after the session through e-transfer (Canada) or PayPal for international clients.
By booking a session, you agree to complete the energy exchange for the time and guidance received. Payment details will be provided following the session.
Digital products and physical items purchased directly through the website are processed at checkout through the secure payment providers available on this site.
✧ Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be applied toward readings, services, or products offered through Raven Magik. Gift certificates are non-refundable and hold their value until used.
