✧ Sacred Offerings & Intuitive Services
Raven Magik provides sessions and digital creations to support personal insight, intuitive growth, and energetic empowerment. Offerings are not a substitute for legal, medical, mental-health, or financial advice. Each experience is co-created; outcomes depend on your participation and openness to receive.
✧ Technology & External Portals
Our offerings may be delivered via trusted third-party platforms including Shopify, Printify, Etsy, PayPal, Stripe, and Zoom. These portals maintain their own terms and privacy policies. Raven Magik is not responsible for their operations, outages, delays, or data practices.
✧ Products: Digital & Physical (Print-on-Demand)
Digital goods (such as Canva templates, instant downloads, chart PDFs, or session materials) are delivered electronically. Physical goods (including apparel, mugs, and other items) are produced on demand through Printify’s partner network and typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
Current shipping regions for physical goods: Canada and the United States. Digital products may be purchased worldwide.
✧ Payments, Pricing & Taxes
Products purchased directly through the website are processed at checkout through the secure payment providers available on this site.
Payment for readings or services may be completed following the session through e-transfer (Canada) or PayPal for international clients. By booking a session you agree to complete payment for the time and guidance received.
Prices may change over time and displayed prices do not include duties or import fees where applicable.
✧ Digital Goods & Refunds
Due to their nature, all digital products are final sale and non-refundable. Please review item descriptions carefully before purchase.
✧ Sessions: Rescheduling & Boundaries
Sessions are reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule, please email connect@ravenmagik.com with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require payment in advance before another session can be scheduled.
✧ Physical Orders: Issues & Remedies
If a physical item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@ravenmagik.com with your order number and photos. We will coordinate a replacement or refund through our print partners.
Returns and exchanges are otherwise not accepted for made-to-order items.
✧ License & Acceptable Use (Digital Templates)
Unless stated otherwise, your purchase grants a non-exclusive license for personal or business use to create your own content from our editable Canva templates.
Not permitted: reselling or redistributing the templates or source files, sharing them as editable assets with third parties, claiming authorship of the original designs, or using the materials for unlawful or misleading purposes.
You may customize, remix, and publish content created with these templates across your own platforms.
✧ Intellectual Property
All site content, designs, text, graphics, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Raven Magik (or licensed to Raven Magik) and are protected by applicable laws.
✧ Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Offerings are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raven Magik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, services, or products.
✧ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved within Alberta unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
✧ Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
