Shipping policy

✧ Digital Delivery
Many Raven Magik offerings are delivered digitally, including Canva templates, instant downloads, chart PDFs, and session materials. No physical shipment is required. Digital products are available worldwide and are delivered electronically after purchase.

✧ Physical Products & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
Select items such as apparel, mugs, and other physical goods are produced on demand through Printify’s print partners. Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

Once your item ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

✧ Shipping Regions (Physical Items)
We currently ship physical products to:

• Canada
• United States

At this time, physical products are not shipped to the EU/EEA or other international regions outside North America.

Standard: $7.77 CAD · 3–9 business days
Express: $22.22 CAD · 1–2 business days

United States
Standard International: $4.44 USD · 4–8 business days
Express International: $22.22 USD · 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volume.

✧ Taxes, Duties & Customs
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees for U.S. deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient.

✧ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email connect@ravenmagik.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will coordinate a replacement or refund through our print partners.

✧ Gift Cards & Sessions
Gift cards are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. Session access details (such as Zoom links) will be sent prior to your scheduled appointment.
